Harley Benton NAMM 2026: New ST-Modern Plus SC-Custom III Baritone, and more!
Two left-handed additions to popular entry-level series, too!

NAMM 2026 is in full swing, and HB is part of it, of course! The Harley Benton NAMM 2026 release includes two new colors for their popular ST-Modern Plus series, a host of new finishes and models for their LP-style SC-Custom III series, and two left-hand guitars.
Harley Benton ST-Modern Plus
The two new ST-Modern Plus models in Harley Benton NAMM 2026 are fresh color additions to Harley Benton’s existing ST-Modern Plus lineup. Construction, pickups, and core specs remain familiar: American alder bodies, roasted Canadian maple necks, stainless-steel frets, compound-radius fingerboards, and the Babicz FCH full-contact tremolo are all carried over from previous models.

The main new features are visual updates, such as Gun Metallic Blue and Dark Red Metallic finishes, paired with subtle cosmetic differences, such as pickguard choice and hardware color. In other words, these guitars reinforce the identity of the ST-Modern Plus rather than redefine it. They are performance-oriented, Strat-style instruments with premium features now available in more contemporary finishes.
Harley Benton NAMM 2026: Baritone and new colors for SC-Custom III
The SC-Custom III models continue Harley Benton’s established SC-Custom formula, with the most notable changes being the new colours, finishes, and visual options. The core construction remains unchanged, with meranti bodies and necks, a set-neck design, stainless-steel Blacksmith frets, Tesla Alnico-5 humbuckers, and push/pull coil splitting all being standard features of the earlier SC-Custom III models.

The Harley Benton NAMM 2026 lineup is expanded with variety: satin finishes, sparkle gloss options, quilt maple veneer tops, and, notably, a baritone version that adds a functional twist rather than just cosmetic flair. However, these releases should be seen as aesthetic extensions of an existing series rather than a redesign for standard-scale models.
Harley Benton Victory Classic and TB-70VS Deluxe: Left-handed Edition
A nice addition are left-handed versions of these popular HB models. The Victory Classic is a budget, traditional single-cut design, now available for left-handed players. And the TB-70VS Deluxe comes with active/passive electronics, Roswell mini humbuckers, and deluxe hardware, also now as a lefty edition.

Dear Harley Benton…
Regarding the ST-Modern Plus,
I don’t want new colors, I want freaking hardtail bridge versions!
