With Softube Equalizers, you can combine precise modern tone shaping with the colourful character of vintage EQ designs in your DAW.
Softube is expanding its horizons with two new EQ offerings in the form of Equalizers, a fully-featured EQ plugin and platform, and Core Vintage Equalizers, a classic vibe-laden EQ with a classic sound.
Softube Equalizers and Core Vintage Equalizers
The new Equalizers plugin gives you all the features you’d expect in a modern EQ plugin, including dynamic frequency bands and mid-side processing. However, Equalizers is also a platform that allows you to run other modeled Softube EQ plugins within its interface.
This gives you the best of both worlds, as you get the vibe and familiar interface of a classic EQ, with the modern features of Equalizers like the frequency analyzer, EQ curves, and extra frequency bands.
With Equalizers, you can load up a range of EQs, including classics from Chandler Limited, Empirical Labs, Tube-Tech, Summit Audio, Tonelux, and Trident. This adds a new dimension to your current Softube EQ collection, and you’ll be able to use your favourites in many more situations in your workflow.
In addition, Softube has added the Core Vintage Equalizers plugin to the lineup. Originally created for the Console 1 system, Core Vintage Equalizers is now available for your DAW, and it’s also compatible with the new Equalizers plugin.
This passive and parallel EQ has single and dual-channel versions, allowing you to access its broad, musical contours to enhance vocals, instruments, and your mixbus.
