Jackson Pro Plus Pure Metal Stealth: 3 Limited Editions
Limited Edition Soloist SL1A, Kelly KE1A, and Rhoads RR1A
The Jackson Pro Plus Pure Metal Stealth range introduces three new all-black limited-edition models to the company’s 2026 lineup: Soloist SL1A, Kelly KE1A, and Rhoads RR1A.
Pro Plus Pure Metal Stealth
These three new Jackson Pro Plus Pure Metal Stealth models are classic Jackson shapes and will appeal to Metalheads and Shredders who prefer the all-black, stealth aesthetic. They visually resemble last year’s Pro Plus Series Pure Metal series, which included a Fishman Fluence pickup.
The three 2026 models include the Soloist SL1A, Kelly KE1A, and Rhoads RR1A, each fitted with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo and a single Bare Knuckle Holy Diver bridge humbucker.
Holy Diver
That’s a solid choice for a pickup and covers a lot of classic, higher-gain-friendly pickup territory, and Bare Knuckle describes them as voiced for ‘fat mids, warm and compact bass and harmonic rich highs’. It is a pickup I have owned and used for many years, and I really do like it, especially for distorted, gain tones, as they are nice and articulate.
Key Specifications
All three body shapes share key specifications for construction and features, including a gray-bound poplar body and a three-piece maple neck-thru construction with graphite reinforcement for maximum stability and sustain. An ebony fretboard that has a 12″-16″ compound radius fitted with 24 jumbo stainless-steel frets and Lumilay glow-in-the-dark side dots.
The only thing that visually stands out on these is the Sharkfin inlays; everything else is black!
Each model comes with a gig bag, which is especially handy for the Rhoads and Kelly models, as those shapes are awkward to find.
They are perfect for tight riffs and searing solos, so they are going to appeal to Jackson fans. They are marked as limited editions, so they won’t be around forever, but no official numbers have been released on how many of each model are available.
Price & Availability
All three are available at Thomann: SL1A $1366/£1199/€1369, RR24 $1444/£1269/€1449, and KE1A $1444/£1269/€1449.
