Furch Spectra Plus: New Colorful Additions to the Acoustic Series
The Furch Spectra Plus series comes in a wide range of fresh finishes and offers excellent sound quality—both on stage and on your lap. Let’s take a closer look.
Furch Spectra Plus
The Furch Spectra Plus guitars ar available in two body shapes: Grand Auditorium or Orchestra, both with a cutaway. Each acoustic guitar comes with a solid Engelmann spruce top, which ensures a clear yet warm sound. The solid Indian rosewood back and sides further ensure beautiful resonances.

Next, the neck. It’s made of mahogany and shaped in Furch’s proprietary Soft V profile. A special carbon-reinforced truss rod with two-way adjustment provides additional stability and adaptability. That way, the neck can be quickly adjusted, especially in case of temperature or humidity fluctuations. In addition, both the fingerboard and the bridge are made of ebony.
It’s got the looks!
A total of eight color variants are available: Maranello Red, Siena Amber, Capri Blue, Baltic Blue, Provence Violet, Bled Emerald, and Connemara Green. Each color is applied to the top using Furch’s proprietary UV-polymerized full-pore high-gloss finish. By contrast, the backs and sides feature an open-pore finish that incorporates the same resonance-enhancing UV-polymerized base coat.

This visual contrast between the glossy tops and the appearance of the back and sides is further accentuated by an artificial ivory binding on the Spectra Plus ER models and an artificial tortoise binding on the Spectra Plus EM. As for the pickguard, the Furch Spectra Plus comes with a special anti-scratch model that protects the guitar from scratches and maintains its flawless appearance.
Electronics
These guitars don’t just look and sound amazing, the Furch Spectra Plus acoustic guitars also include an LR Baggs Stage Pro Element pickup. This not only amplifies the guitars sound, there is also a three-band EQ for tonal shaping, a dedicated tuner, and a separate notch filter do prevent feedback..
How much does the Furch Spectra Plus series cost?
