What’s new from Fender?
What new products does Squier bring to Fender in 2026?

You won’t find any new premium Stratocaster models in Fender in 2026. By comparison, Squier plays a more important role in this release. For thise release, quite a few new guitars from the Sonic series will be released. The series was first introduced just under three years ago as the successor to the Bullet series.
Most of the new models are strats, where not only new colors* have been added, but also several variations. There is a strat with an HSS pickup configuration*, one with a hardtail bridge*, and a purist model with a hardtail bridge and only a single humbucker*. There are also new colors for Telecaster*, Esquire*, and Mustang*, plus a Mustang version with two humbuckers*. The bass models Bronco* and Precision Bass* have also been expanded.
What distinguishes the mini versions of the Strat and Precision Bass from the larger models?
Fender 2026 also offers a Squier Mini Stratocaster* and a Squier Mini Precision Bass*. The Mini Strat comes with a scale length of 22.75 inches (578 mm), making it the perfect starter guitar for teenagers and anyone with short arms and small hands.

There is also a mini version of the Precision Bass, which comes with a scale length of 28.58 inches (726 mm) and a nut width of 38.1 mm. Of course, it also features the typical Precision Bass split single-coil pickup.
What is so special about the Fender Hot Rod Deluxe 30th Anniversary Edition?
But this release has more to offer than just gear aimed at beginners and first-time Fender players. The 30th Anniversary Edition of the legendary tube combo Hot Rod Deluxe* also has something special for amplifier fans. Connoisseurs know that this 40-watt unit can do everything from pedal platforms to typical Fender cleans to scratchy overdrive in the second channel.

This anniversary version features a Celestion 12″ G12M-65 Creamback speaker, and the preamp and spring reverb have been modified for a more refined sound. This Hot Rod Deluxe 30th Anniversary shows how to celebrate a birthday in style.
