Behringer BM-11M Low Pass Filter: ’90s Analog Filtering
Affordable Analog Low-Pass Filtering
The Behringer BM-11M Low Pass Filter is the latest addition to their series of Moogerfooger pedal clones, offering an affordable version of the original ’90s pedal.
Behringer BM-11M Low Pass Filter
Uli Behringer’s team has been hard at work cloning the Moogerfooger pedals, and this is the fourth release in the series this year. We have already seen the BM-12 Ring Modulator, BM-15M-MURF-BOX, and the BM-13 Phaser.
These recreations of the Moogerfooger analog pedals are putting these much-loved effects pedals into the hands of musicians. This can only be a good thing for anyone who cannot afford the used prices of the now-discontinued originals by Moog.

Analog Filter
This analog filter offers a 2-pole and 4-pole low-pass filter switch with cutoff and resonance controls, along with a drive control for controlling the input gain. The envelope has a smooth/fast switch, which controls how much the envelope follower modulates the filter cutoff, and users can control the amount and the mix with dedicated knobs for each.
As it is a pedal, it has a footswitch to engage the effect, and there are three LEDs, one for bypass. Plus, one for the amount of level and another for the envelope speed.
Control
The pedal has both USB-C and MIDI control, so it will play nicely with just about any setup. It also has expression pedal inputs for real-time control over the Amount, Cutoff, Mix, and Resonance. Plus, audio in/out, and an Envelope out.
If you need some analog low-pass filtering for your guitar, synth, drum machine, or just about any audio source, then this is an inexpensive way to add some to your studio or live rig.

I like this one – theoretically you could run two in stereo and control the sweeps identically (or not!) over midi?
