The Proel Digipad8 is a versatile compact mixer with touchscreen display, motorized faders, app control for mobile devices, and convenient scene recall.
The Digipad8 is Proel’s first digital mixer, providing portability and intuitive operation, whether you’re in front of the console or using the accompanying Digipad app for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.

The Digipad8 provides a total of eight analogue inputs, with four XLR combo preamps and two pairs of TRS inputs. The main outputs are XLR format, and there are two aux outputs for creating monitor mixes. For added versatility, the mixer has 48 kHz 24-bit internal DSP processing, and it can also function as a 2×2 USB audio interface.
To take care of basic mixing operations, the Digipad8 has a 3-inch touchscreen, a rotary dial, and seven motorized faders that sync with the Digipad app via the Wi-Fi interface. This allows you to control the mixer from anywhere in the venue, and you can save and recall your settings for a simplified setup.
On each of the eight channels, you have EQ, compression, and gating to control and shape signals. In addition, there is also a limiter and EQ on the aux channels and the main mix bus, as well as a master reverb processor. This might not be a wide array of effects, but it’s sufficient for small-scale events such as live performers and DJs.
Overall, the Digipad8 is the perfect combination of essential pro features and convenient digital flexibility. What’s more, additions like Bluetooth allow you to use mobile devices for playback, without adding extra cables into the mix. Also, at just over 2 kg, the Digipad8 is extremely lightweight and perfectly party-friendly.
